DDCIP is furnished with well-equipped laboratories and well planned lecture halls, but at the same time, Museum, covering different sections like Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Surgical goods represent itself in a distinct way.
In the Pharmaceutics section, we have well-labelled containers and Cartons, and also the samples of different dosage forms, like syrups, suspensions, liquids, tablets, capsules, suppositories, eye drops, ampoules etc. for detail study of Dispensing and packaging of Pharmaceutical products, and are arranged systematically according to the type of dosage form and therapeutic value.
Having a glimpse of Pharmacognosy section, we have various specimens of crude drugs, as of Cardamom, Liquorice, Fennel, Nutmeg, Ajowan, Black Catechu, Garlic, Amla, Kurchi, Coriander, Sandalwood, Rhubarb and many more. For the morphological studies we have samples of Medicinal plants of Sarsaparilla, Senna, gentian, Quassia, Saffron, Shatavari, Punarnava etc...
